Looks like I have rest less leg as I am finding difficult to keep it cool while trying to sleep after a hard day.?
May help: Restless leg syndrome can be controlled relatively easily, and meds such as requip, mirapex, Neupro patch, and Clonazepam may help. Some benefit by stretching their legs prior to getting into bed. It can be associated with ferritin abnormalities, kidney problems, and anemias, but may well present as a solitary sleep disorder. See a doctor: Peripheral arterial disease results in decrease blood flow into the legs resulting in rest pain like you have. If hanging your leg over the side of the bed gives relief and if you have similar pain when walking, then pad is likely. Restless legs: Sounds uncomfortable. I would see you primary care doc. Make sure they check you iron level. In the mean time gentle stretching exercises, massage, and/or a warm bath may help. Many possible answer: Looking at your past history and current medications it doesn't appear that you are being treated for your reported grand mal seizures. Furthermore you're taking a muscle relaxant in Flexeril which can cause excessive sedation. The history provided certainly could be consistent with restless leg syndrome. Requires diagnosis: From the brief description of the symptoms it could be either a calcium deficiency that can cause muscle cramps, an associated neuropathy or some variant of a restless leg syndrome.
