Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation can cause symptoms identical to fibromyalgia. If you have no fever and have never experienced this before, it may be that you just need some help and some sleep. If you continue having problems, discuss it with your OB at your 6 week check up. You may also need a change in your antidepressant. Depression hurts. Need evaluation: Obviously you need an evaluation. I would ask your physician to see if you should be evaluated by rheumatology. Use cell count not %: Hi. The % monocytes, basophils, or any other cells in the WBC differential are not useful; cell counts (i.e., absolute cell number) should be expressed for meaningful data.
