Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation can cause symptoms identical to fibromyalgia. If you have no fever and have never experienced this before, it may be that you just need some help and some sleep. Use cell count not %: Hi. The % monocytes, basophils, or any other cells in the WBC differential are not useful; cell counts (i.e., absolute cell number) should be expressed for meaningful data.
