Have had sore right hip and knee for 3 days hurts to walk on it and at night it aches, and throbs like I have chill in the bone. Can't sleep on it?

Hip or back pain: Back problems can give you hip pain and hip problems can give you back pain. Probably not enough information here to help you know what the cause is. You may be experiencing some inflammatory arthritis. Unlike osteoarthritis, that sometimes gets worse with use, inflammatory arthritis may get better with use. You become more aware of it at night because you have nothing else to think about.
