I have tingling in right heel on one single spot and also between third and fourth toe. It comes and goes, one day a week, transient but it never goes?

I've been waking up at night, irritated because the heels of my feet are tingling(like ants). Also, some stretching (lower back) makes me feel dizzy.

Why when i drink (once a month) next day bad joint pain (hips, jaw, ankle, heel) and tingling all day in some fingers. Age 35, female, good health?
Could be a number of: Things. I would recommend avoiding drinking and see your pcp just to make sure there are no other issues you are just noticing when you feel poorly. If it is just related to drinking, it could be related to dehydration, which could cause some joint pain but not normally tingling in fingers.
