Why Do My Hands Hurt After Swimming
The palms of my hands hurt very badly especially after I swim my daily mile. Is this because of fibromyalgia or bad swimming form?
My daughter gets red blotches on her body when she swims. It is burning itch for about an hour after swimming. Her feet and hands swell up. ?
Is she swimming:
in a pool????? Chlorine can sensitize the skin in some people....advise in any case a LONG shower as soon as leaving the pool (or other water) along with a moisturizing body wash!

Hand pain and numb: What type of work do you do at the plant? if you use power equipment you may benefit from anti-vibration gloves. if you do repetitive work you may benefit from breaking every 30-45 minutes for 1-2 minutes and shaking out your hands/possible splints . Carpal tunnel syndrm: You may have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome [cts] (pinched median nerve in wrist). First, you may want to try wrist splints on both wrists at night.
