Why Do My Hands Feel Weak Sometimes
Why is it that my hand will suddenly feel weak and sometimes i even drop things that I am holding. Happen quite frequent. Why?
My right hand feel weak somtimes. I can't grip tightly and when i does my hand will be shaking. This is happening only to the right hand. Why?

Both hands shake 24/7. As well my body twitches all over if i sit or lay or sleep. No pain but i'm extremely tired just want to sleep and feel weak.

Most of it is bunk: Miss a few meals and your body will produce epinephrine to keep your blood sugar normal. That's why you shake. Please forgive me -- if you're so worried about "hypoglycemia", please adopt more sensible eating habits. Think about getting back into heavy-duty fitness.
