What is a cramp, i usually have on my fingers both left and right hands, wich ever side I sleep on.
Numbness n cramping on my right hand n finger since last few yrs can't sleep at night specially it pains a lot the hand becomes rock solid sometimes?
I've been noticing that my legs twitch in my sleep, not often but maybe 1-2 times per night and it wakes me up. My hands also cramp and hurt for hrs!

Common side effects: Unfortunately, those are all common side effects of steroids, especially if you are on high doses and/or taking it for an extended period.
