Why Do My Feet Hurt After Long Distance Running
After walking around a store for so long my feet hurt really bad and I just have to sit down and take a break but I'm only 14. Why having so much pain?
When i wake up in morning or sit for a long period of time. When i go to walk my feet hurt and it hurts to walki right away. Why is that?

It would be helpful: If you state specifically where they hurt. The swelling part is a bit of a concern as swelling in the morning is not as common as swelling say in the evening.
