This seems to be an extreme reaction to this common infection. I would wonder if it was combined with another illness, fever, fatigue or the medications used to treat this infection. I would want to know more history.
A good sexual history and testing for the common sti's would be warranted if you were in my clinic.

Hard to say: If you have been thoroughly tested and no organic cause could be found, then by definition, you could have chronic fatigue syndrome or it could be something psychological which could be hard to prove.
