Inadequate sleep - often true at age 19.

Medications (stimulants) or alcohol - again age 19.

Possible that you have a primary sleep disorder or obstructive sleep apnea.

Gonorrhea Effects: This seems to be an extreme reaction to this common infection. I would wonder if it was combined with another illness, fever, fatigue or the medications used to treat this infection. I would want to know more history.

A good sexual history and testing for the common sti's would be warranted if you were in my clinic.

No. Something's up.: Tiredness isn't a common side effect of amoxicillin; it could be a residual from whatever infection amoxicillin was trying to treat, or it could represent some other problem unrelated or indirectly related to amoxicillin (for instance, kidney damage causing an electrolyte imbalance). Get Sleep Study: It is hard to say what is going on just based on this description. Even though you deny, you probably have narcolepsy. You will need an overnight sleep study with eeg monitoring. This is usually done in a sleep lab. ...Read more

Hard to say: If you have been thoroughly tested and no organic cause could be found, then by definition, you could have chronic fatigue syndrome or it could be something psychological which could be hard to prove. Chronic, smoldering low grade infection is possible but again, hard to prove. Or it could be this is the way you are. Hard to say without knowing what workup had been done or what you look like. are all symptoms of possible diabetes

if concerned at all, see md to catch / treat early
