Waking up tired. I don't have to get up for anything just keep waking around the same time every day. Why is this?

Needs work up: Generalized tiredness at age 34 yr needs medical work up. Ideally 7hr of sound sleep is enough for adult. Oversleeping is usually not reason for day time tiredness. Work up will include looking for sleep disorder ( esp if overweight) Endocrine/ Metabolic disorder like thyroid or diabetes and Anemia( more in female).
