In the mornings up to a certain time I sneeze a lot and in front of a computer screen my eyes water condition worsens if wind blows. What should I do?

2nd opinion: I presumed you have had a workup by an allergist who has instructed you on the proper technique on the nasal spray and you have followed the instructions on avoidance measures.
