Depends: Hi. Diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus will both make you urinate more and feel very thirsty. Both can be tested for. I'm not saying it's either of those, but I can't think of many other things that will cause increased thirst and urination. Many possibilities: . You may have a hormonal issue. You could be diabetic. You could be hypothyroid. You might have a breathing problem such as undiagnosed asthma. You could be anemic. Get help cutting: down, or stopping altogether would be my suggestion. Safe alcohol consumption in men is no more than 2 standard drinks (12 oz beer=5 oz. wine= 1 1/2 oz distilled spirits) per day (and if 100 or 151 proof, it's essentially 2 drinks in one), no more than 14 per week and never more than 4 per occasion. Yes: OK. Let's discuss a more healthy life style. One should not eat until you want to throw up. Eat slower, so maybe you you feel yourself getting full. Drink water while eating to help feel full quicker. Smaller portions are better for healthy living. Making one vomit, or purging, is unhealthy. Gas: Food not agreeing with your body . Start listing down foods that you have eaten and chart down the intensity of flatulence - ;#40;1 is mild and 5 is severe;#41;and start eliminating them from your diet. Or if you must have it, then take some gas meds when you eat those food that upset your stomach. It is all a matter of diet modification and eating healthy.
