Why am i getting up so much to pee at night? Like 4-7 times. I have tried stopping fluids at 8pm and still up at least 4 times.

Sound like infection: Frequent urination suggests urinary tract infection. Also, discharging too much suggests vaginitis. As we age, slowly it takes longer but with widely various pace of change among individuals, and some may have take some 30-60 seconds to pee once. Mix electrolytes: Water alone can cause problems. Important to mix with electrolyte drinks like Gatorade. Also see if there is any association between u'r symptoms and taking sambong even though it can be used to get u to pee more, it may cause the kidneys to feel dehydrated inside. ...Read more
Many reasons: Frequent urination can be a symptom of a urinary tract, vaginal infections or possibly pregnancy.
