I've had a lot of: Success using a dilute mixture of Nitroglycerin ointment in petrolatum, but this only works if the cause of your cold fingers and toes is due to vasospastic disease, not an occlusion of an artery. It's best to get evaluated by a vascular surgeon, but if it is vasospastic disease, this is associated with several kinds of arthritic conditions, in which case, see a rheumatologist.
