When we use peroxide in the mouth, we custom make trays to hold the material on the teeth, but away from the gums. I feel that hydrogen peroxide should be dilute 50/50 when used as a rinse. Do yourself a favor and buy toothpaste that has these ingredients in the paste. Baking soda is too abrasive to be used directly. ...Read more
