I have a long history in regards to my throat. Symptoms are redness, feeling of lump, scratchy, and if i speak for 15 mts then throat becomes tired.

Small blood vessel: Very small pinpoint red dots can be benign petechia..broken blood vessels that can arise from trauma, infection...ulcers can be rather small but they are usually uncomfortable. As long as there are no other visible abnormalities and they fade gradually this should be fine. If you see more of them or experience discomfort a physician should take a look. ...Read more

Tough to say: without a visual of what you are describing. It's very possible that it's a normal condition of the tongue because there are indeed many bumps on the tongue. Sometimes a map-like pattern of reddish spots can occur, called geographic tongue, which is harmless. If you have a fever as well, get checked ASAP to rule out scarlet fever which needs prompt treatment. Have someone take a look either way. ...Read more

Sore throat: Sounds like pharyngitis or tonsilitis. You should see a board certified otolaryngologist. Sounds like a possible "strep throat". You need to be evaluated for antibiotics. Also may require a steroid injection depending on the amount of swelling. Hope this helps. ...Read more

Not normal: The symptoms you described sound like thrush, a yeast infection of the mucus membrane lining the mouth and tongue, also called oral candidiasis. Oral candidiasis can be treated with topical anti-fungal drugs, such as nystatin, miconazole, gentian violet or amphotericin b.
