Strained muscle?: If the pain is running along the side of your head it is most likely a strained temporalis or masseter muscle. The temperomandibular joiint (TMJ) on that side may also have some internal derangement. Assuming all that stuff is fine then it could be a cracked molar. HI! There are: muscles in the neck that attach to the head (which is why you can move your head around.) If they get strained, they can cause pain with movement of the head, especially if it's a jerky motion. Go to ER: Propylhexedrine is an amphetamine like medication used as an appetite suppressant and nasal decongestant. 250 mg is the amount in one Benzedrine inhaler. It is addictive when abused and can cause cardiac arrhythmia, seizures,^^BP, stroke....among it's many other side effects.
