So no immediate need for investigation unless other medical conditions like trauma, infection, immune compromise exist. Pain in the back is usually related to muscle/tendon issues or posture. LBA under 30: I assume there is no radiation so this points to localized lesions in a "youngster." See your doctor for an x-ray -most likely spondylolisthesis-a developmental instability in the 4th or 5th lumbar vertebra. Less likely is arthritis from old injury or a birth defect.
