Scabies?: It might be scabies, esp if it's in the webbing between fingers. The bumps look like the pic, and sometimes you will see small red lines or burrows. Permethrin is the tx of choice. However, hand-foot-mouth and contact dermatitis are also possibilities. See a doctor for a more definitive dx. You could but..: a better choice might be diphenhydramine (Benadryl) but the cetirizine is less likely to make you drowsy so you can start with that and if it doesn't work try the diphenhydramine. You can also try 1% hydrocortisone cream that you can get at the store on the rash to see if that alleviates the itching and the spread of the rash. ...Read more
