I been waking up with itchy palms and soles both with flat pink blotches its been on and off for 6 months and lasts about an hour.

Need evaluation: You definitely needs to see your gp for more eval. Try to go there when you have the pink blotches. Do you have them in any other location besides palms and soles? Certain things like allergy/urticaria; exposure to something affecting your palms/soles, etc- including secondary syphillis should be considered. What could be the cause of itchy palms? There is nothing visible on the surface, and washing or anti itch ointments do not alleviate it.

In addition to the: oral antihistamines (Benadryl) at night and topical 1% hydrocortisone cream, you can also try Aquaphor (more of an ointment) and if she'll keep them on, cotton gloves over that.
