What cause the redness under your tongue and black veins, also the fatness on the side of your tongue?

Veins: Red vessels are arteries full of oxygen. Darker vessels are usually blue/purple veins. They are a different color due to their lack of oxygen. You can see them under your tongue because the mucosa layer covering them is very thin there. The tongue is a muscle, so pretty much anything regarding its natural size and shape is muscular in nature.

Why do I have a black dot in my mouth, it sticks out a little? Its close to my lip but its inside my mouth. I've had it for like 10 years

Why do I have a black dot in my mouth, it sticks out a little? Its close to my lip but its inside my mouth. I've had it for like 10 years

Has it been the same: Has this lesion been the same for the whole 10 years? If so, it is probably not a huge concern, however, the safest course of action is to have your doctor look at it and remove it and send it for biopsy. While it is probably benign if it hasn't changed in 10 years, lesions can mutate to serious issues such as melanoma, which can be fatal. See your dr!

It: It sounds like the gum tissue is inflammed. Did you just have the temp place a day or two ago, or is it there for a while? If not polished, it could be trapping food and bacteria. There is a very slight chance you are allergic to the monomer in the acrylic. Call your dentist to have him take a look.

I have a black patch on side of tongue near the back?

See your dentist: It may be due to pigmentation from a foreign body, such as silver filling from the tooth. It can be a superficial vein that appears to be dark blue or even black. It may be pigmentation especially if you have dark complexion. It could be something more serious like melanoma, a type of cancer. I would recommend seeing your ddentist for evaluation and treatment.
