Consider hormones: Try taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) such as Naproxen or Ibuprofen and soaking in a warm tub to relieve the cramps. Consider trial of BCPs to regulate your menses so that you do not have to go through these difficult periods. Unopposed progesterone, from birth control methods such as Nexplanon or IUD often eliminate periods all together and could be beneficial in endometrosis ...Read more
