I keep getting red bumps all over my buttock, and was wondering how to get rid of them? (Not sexually active)

Folliculitis: Wear loose clothing. Change underwear at least daily and if sweaty. Use Hibiclens scrubs over area daily. May use benzoyl peroxide acne medication OTC over bumps twice daily as found in Oxy10 and Clearisil, for example. Soak in full bath with 2 tsp's of household bleach without scent, if other methods do not work. May need to see physician for antibiotics prescription to cover skin Staph and Step. ...Read more

Yes: Yeast infection is usually from excessive moisture and can present with satellite lesions that look like pustules (white heads). You may also have folliculitis which can be bacterial (common with friction, moisture, sitting too long, shaving, etc).
