Headaches: I don't think that hydration is your problem. At your age i would be concerned if you have pounding headaches everytime you play basketball. Too much video?: How many hours per day are you playing video games? The headache could be due to eye strain, or tension from the intensity of the game. Are you able to cut back on how much you play?
