I prefer natural and i want to take selenium and vit e and milk thistle however i don't want pills. Is it possible that i would get enough from diet?

It depends...: It partly depends on your definition of "enough." this is easiest with selenium; optimal dose is 100-200 mcg; 2-4 brazil nuts/day can supply this- see http://www.Whfoods.Com/genpage.Php?Dbid=95&tname=nutrient you can get the rda of vit e from foods like spinach, chard, sunflower seeds etc. But optimal doses are hard to get from diet. Milk thistle extracts are not part of our diet- see comment:. ...Read more

Right before a bm my heart will race and sometimes get nausea and then afterwards it takes a ill bit and i feel fine.

Need more info: A bowel movement does have some effect on the heart. Usually a large bowel movement can actually cause the heart to slow. However, if it is painful then the heart could speed up. Document more by taking your pulse when this happens and report it to your doctor. It is unlikely to be anything directly related to your heart. ...Read more

Maybe Gastroparesis: Gastroparesis means a slow-emptying stomach. Causes may be mechanical (obstruction, or the stomach outlet narrowed from healing of past inflammation, treated by endoscopic dilation), post-inflammatory (due to swelling of the stomach lining from ulcers, treated with acid blockers), or neurologic (as with diabetes, treated with rx that stimulates motility--domperidone, erythromycin, Reglan, (metoclopramide) etc.) ...Read more

Maybe: Early side effects are not uncommon but use your common sense and call your doctor if unsure! if mild, hang in there but this medicine may not be right for you. I take celexa (citalopram) (4 months, 20mg) for anxiety. But the nauseousness and the fear of getting sick is debilitating. Anyway to get rid of the nausea?

Celexa (citalopram): Celexa (citalopram) can cause nausea as a side effect, and anxiety can also. If you've been on calexa for 4 months and the nausea has not dissipated, it's unlikely to do so at your current dose. Please tell your prescribing physician that this is happening. A dose adjustment or change in medication may be needed. ...Read more
