Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. Dehydration : It sounds like you maybe suffering from mild dehydration and possibly mild heat exhaustion . It is up to you to replace the fluids list while you are out in the sun . You need to during at least 64 OZ if electrolyte containing fluids such as gator aid while you are outside . This will help keep your BP up and hopefully keep u from being exhausted . Yes, but: Both Claritin (loratadine) and zyrtec (cetirizine) are new generation antihistamines. While there is no harm to using them together, there is likely no added benefit either. The most effective treatment for nasal allergies is the topical nasal steroid sprays such as qnasl, flonase, veramyst, nasonex, (mometasone) etc if a person doesn't have relief with an antihistamine alone. ...Read more
