No LES/Acid: You many have many reasons for this but apparently your lower esophageal sphincter (les) is not working and/or you have an overproducton of acid. Severe gerd (gastroesophageal reflux) needs evaluation with an endoscopy and treatment for findings and underlying causes. Consider allergy?: Perhaps there can be some type of allergy you have with eggs? My suggestion would be to keep a food diary of everything you eat along with how you feel after those meals. You : You can try taking beano prior to eating foods that cause gas, or try taking gas x after you eat if you experience gas pains or bloating. In additon try cutting down on dairy products and limit your fiber intake if you are eating a high fiber diet. Fiber is good for you, however you have to start out eating very little and slowly increasing over time. If these things dont work, you should visit your doctor for an evaluation. Some thoughts...: This kind of situation might happen if a person has become allergic to certain fruit and/or has unintentionally developed a vomiting reflex to eating fresh fruit... which can happen after a real vomiting episode during the eating of fresh fruit. What are u eating: What does your meal consist of? Is it balance. You might need to increase portion of protein and vegetables. Protein takes longer to digest and makes people feel full longer and vegetables and high fiber food have more bulk and draw more water which makes people feel full faster. ...Read more
