May be inner ear: Most patients experience some hearing loss with acoustic neuroma which can occur particularly with nf2. Vertigo: Does it feel like the room is spinning around you? Especially since you describe your dizziness occurring in a particular position, you may have benign positional vertigo (BPV). 2 mnths ago I was hit with BPPV (left ear). I still sometimes feel dizzy or get mild vertigo while laying to left or turning left after laying down.
Epley Maneuver: When BPPV returns, you can just start doing the Epley Maneuver again until it resolves. There're great diagrams and videos of it online. Possible migraine: You may have a migraine headache. These are typically on one side of the head, pounding, & worsen upon moving.
