It's common: after a prolonged period of bed rest. You need to start gradually becoming upright & give yourself a chance to adjust. The longer you have been flat, the longer it takes. Your info indicates you're on coumadin, (warfarin) which can cause bleeding, which can lead to anemia -- and result in weak, dizzy feelings. Labyrinthitis?: It is possible that the structures in the middle ear which allow you to have a sense of position are inflamed. You should see an ENT doctor and be evaluated and treated appropriately. Dizzy: Could be related to hormone changes if you havent had a cold recently. Other possibilities are vestibular migraines ( balance migraines) that occur around menstruation: dehydration, or benign positional vertigo. Not connected: I can't think of any reason why flesh colored lesions around your wrist should be connected to you dizzy spells.
