Not good but not bad: I cannot say it is good but if you are dizzy or lightheaded momentarily when you stand up it is usually due to medications and not generally a problem. May wish to see doc: May not be a bad idea to see a doctor to verify there isn't a medical reason for you to be dizzy and unbalanced. You can also get an opinion on your overall state of health just to check out that your routine is the best for you if you do have any conditions.
