When i eat fats and sugar, my heart beats rapidly and i get chest pains, what should I eat to cleanse my colon and prevent this?
Several answers: Consider high blood sugar. Also, sometimes low chest pains with eating fats or sugars with a high fat content can indicate a gallbladder problem. The concept of "cleansing the colon" is problematic. No clear study has shown a benefit or even what a "toxin" is. That being said, i believe that good colon throughput is important and healthful.
