See your doc: It is not normal to constantly bleed. You are probably not ovulating regularly or could have polyps/fibroids, thyroid issues etc. When you bleed continuously your acidity of the vagina changes which increases vaginal infections. If it's yeast, such frequent symptoms are not due to new infection each time, but flare-up of a continuing infection. Talk to your doc to confirm the diagnosis.
