Unlikely: Concussion by definition involved loss of consciouness so if you did not pass out you likey do not have concussion. If the headache is in the back of the head it it probaly due to muscle spasm in your neck. If your headache is in front of the head then it is little more concerning. Try taking hot shower if you have masage shower the trying massage the back of your neck hopefully that will help. Read more

However, if you had loss or altered awareness, focal neurological deficit, worsening headache, are on blood thinners, etc., you ought to get it checked out. Hematoma or abscess: This could be a hematoma. Was there any injury sustained there.
This could also be a abscess. Was there fever with chills?

Since: Since he has such persistent symptoms, I am glad that he is going back in to be seen. He may need a scope procedure to look into the sinus areas and see what the problem is. I assume he is taking a decongestant as well; if not he should be. If nothing is seen by scoping him, he may indeed need another ct scan to evaluate his persistent symptoms. Read more

Issues that are important to discuss include dizziness, memory problem, nausea, sleep disturbance, visual problem. These could all represent a post-concussive syndrome.
