I am having cold chills, i vomit a couple times and i get bad cramps everytime i start my period what's causing this?

Not a deficiency.: Not sure what this represents. It is probably just a minor anomaly and will correct without intervention. This is certainly not a deficiency type issue as that would affect you throughout the cycle. Prostaglandin: Most likely the cold is from a release of prostaglandin from your menstrual lining. If you are not allergic to Naproxen (aleve), try blocking it with aleve, one pill in the am and pm starting a couple of days before your menses starts, continuing though the menses.
