I am having cold chills, i vomit a couple times and i get bad cramps everytime i start my period what's causing this?
Why is it that when i run for a long period of time, when i breathe in i get a cold sensation in the back of my throat that's uncomfortable?
About every other month right before I start my period I get cold like symptoms (Sore throat, fatigue, feverish). Is this normal? What would that be?

Prostaglandin: Most likely the cold is from a release of prostaglandin from your menstrual lining. If you are not allergic to Naproxen (aleve), try blocking it with aleve, (naproxen) one pill in the am and pm starting a couple of days before your menses starts, continuing though the menses. If the chill is accompanied with shakes and a fever, see your doctor and stop using tampons for menses until you are examined. ...Read more
