Not sure: Tiredness or fatigue has a very long differential diagnosis. Some possibilities are anemia, hypothyroidism, depression, not getting enough sleep @ night, being on too many medications or using too many other drugs/alcohol, etc. Your family doctor is the best professional to help you you figure out what's going on your own individual case.
