Reflux?: I am not really sure, as this is an unusual symptom. I am going to throw out the idea that this could be related to reflux related disease. Coital cephalgia?: Do you get a headache with this as well? "coital cephalgia" is a known phenomenon. It is essentially a migraine that occurs with orgasm. Headache, dizziness, and nausea are seen in migraine, and if you are getting a headache as well, i would suspect that this is what is going on. There are migraine treatments availabe to help this.
