The possible causes of h, in your case are, too much alcohol, severe illnesses of the liver, such as severe hepatitis, can cause hypoglycemia. Reactive hypoglycemi: This is a sudden drop of blood sugar after a meal usually 2-4 hours. It is a very unpleasant sensation and one that is easily resolved, as you discovered, by eating something, which rapidly returns the sugar to normal.
