Many potential cause: The most common cause of lightheadedness is simply a lack of fuel in the brain (oxygen + glucose + triglycerides) in one form or other. I'm not sure for you which is the problem - low blood pressure (i.e. Not enough blood), low blood sugar (not enough glucose) or low brain triglycerides (the preferred fuel of the brain), but it is probably one of these. The possible causes of h, in your case are, too much alcohol, severe illnesses of the liver, such as severe hepatitis, can cause hypoglycemia. It is a very unpleasant sensation and one that is easily resolved, as you discovered, by eating something, which rapidly returns the sugar to normal. If you miss your breakfast, you will be hungry and have a tendency to eat a bigger meal for lunch and perhaps dinner- which is not a good think if you try to lose weight. The first thing I would do is make sure the test was reliable but 89 is incredibly low. If you physically feel fine and it was truly 89, then you may have an undiagnosed medical condition because it means that your body is compensating to some degree. But, at 89%, your body can't compensate for long and will wear down eventually. Make sure to keep your follow up appointments. Hope this helps ...Read more

Breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially because it jumo starts your metabolism, and because you need energy to start your day. At minimum drink a protein or breakfast shake. Otherwise try to have fruit and a protein. Your lunch needs more protein (meat, boiled egg, turkey slices etc). In addition healthy snacks throughout the day (nuts, string cheese, protein bars, fruit, etc.) dinner can be light but try not to skip it. Fast food is neve a good idea, however if you have to order grilled chicken salad or sandwich, no fries or soda.
Lastly, I recommend you meet with a nutritionist to help design a healthy meal plan suited for your lifestyle.

This is GI: Not GYN related or so it seems This problem some gastric activity such as gastritis. Young persons to day are drinking too much alcohol, caffeine or taking too many aspirin like products.
