The first thing I would do is make sure the test was reliable but 89 is incredibly low. If you physically feel fine and it was truly 89, then you may have an undiagnosed medical condition because it means that your body is compensating to some degree. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially because it jumo starts your metabolism, and because you need energy to start your day. At minimum drink a protein or breakfast shake. Otherwise try to have fruit and a protein. Your lunch needs more protein (meat, boiled egg, turkey slices etc). In addition healthy snacks throughout the day (nuts, string cheese, protein bars, fruit, etc.) dinner can be light but try not to skip it. Fast food is neve a good idea, however if you have to order grilled chicken salad or sandwich, no fries or soda.
Lastly, I recommend you meet with a nutritionist to help design a healthy meal plan suited for your lifestyle.
