Now retired my sister and I both get bloated and get some pain after eating too much bread. Test neg for gluten. Is there a hereditary intolerance?

If you think cumulatively, imbalances add up over time and eventually everyone gets something they have "never had before"
I recommend thinking globally on all intake and output in your life and check with your doctor for common stomach imbalances like gastritis for example.
