My simple "avoid" list: fast food, processed food, saturated fat, high fat, white flour, white rice, sugar. The "do eat" list: whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits & veggies, lean meats, healthy oils (canola & olive), nonfat dairy. And of course exercise regularly and don't smoke. Consider allergy?: Perhaps there can be some type of allergy you have with eggs? My suggestion would be to keep a food diary of everything you eat along with how you feel after those meals. Bc you like it: Pb is actually a healthy protein. Eating is an addiction or discipline. There is not such a thing as a diet. We eat. You have to eat at least 3 times a more, sometimes more.
