Why Do Health Experts Recommend Eating Eggs In Moderation
Depends on…: What else you're eating & what type of work/exercise you're doing. Egg yolks contain a fair amount of cholesterol, partly offset by lecithin in whites. A healthy diet of colorful fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meat, dairy coupled with vigorous exercise &/or heavy physical labor may counter artery-clogging effects. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids to flush kidneys due to high protein.
Balanced food plan: Eggs ; tuna are protein-rich and nutritious but if that is all you eat it is not good for physical or emotional health. Make sure you get some protein, good fats, and carbs. Check out the brand of canned tuna also so that you are sure it is from a company that makes sure their products are mercury free. Stay close to your doc so he/she can support you. Peace and good health.
I have heard that eating an egg every day is bad for my health. Is it true? How often do I must eat an egg?
Eggs are fine: I don't know why someone would suggest that eating eggs every day is bad for you. Eggs used to be associated with high cholesterol but that has proven untrue. There is nothing wrong with eating eggs every day.

Less cholesterol: Egg whites are a good source of protein. Yolks contain fat including cholesterol.
May be O.K: Until recently it was thought to increase blood cholesterol but the cholesterol story has changed. Since eggs contain everything to make a chicken I have always accepted them as good food. Please remember that too much is as bad as too little for everything.
No benefits: There are no benefits but there is a major risk of salmonella infection if you do consume raw eggs.
I am currently on the dukan diet and I am eating two hard boiled eggs every day. Is it bad for my health?
Too much: Although no one, including me, can tell you with absolute certainty that two eggs a day will cause harm, it is generally considered a risk factor for heart disease and diabetes. If you want a healthy complete protein (all 9 amino acids) eat quinoa instead. It's gluten free.See 1 more doctor answer

Can I have raw chicken eggs for breakfast everyday, because it saves time. Are there any health effects due to eating raw eggs daily.
Raw eggs: Pose some risk of salmonella. Please consider hard boiling some eggs over the week end or when you have time and eat them during the week. Peace and good health.

Possible: In our experience, by doing pgs, or checking each embryo to make sure it is chromosomal normal not only improves pregnancy rates but decreases the risk of a miscarriage. Although some clinics disagree with this, our data definitely supports the increase pregnancy rates and decrease miscarriage rates with chromosome testing. I workout, I am 22, weighs 53kilos, is it ok I f I have 1 or 2 eggs regularly to improve and chisle up my health?
Yes but: Egg whites are a great protein source & low in calories & cholesterol while providing protein.
What is your stand on egg consumption? Some researches claim that eating an egg everyday is recommended.
The Yolk's On Us: Yeah, and so is an apple-a-day. All kindsa recommendations out there. For years all I ate were egg whites, a lot of them, and still do, but I've lately lost my paranoia about the yolks and now may have a couple a week, at most. There's a lot of nutrition in them, and the whole cholesterol thing is more complicated than at first thought. If your HDL cholesterol is up to par, I'd say a couple yolks/wk is OK
None: Egg substitute is egg white with coloring and preservatives. Egg whites are healthier because you are not getting any chemicals
Better: Better to eat them fully cooked...Egss can carry salmonella and other "bugs" that are usually killed in the cooking process...Make sure the eggs are fresh....Talk to you family doc about this practice...Before you continue this..
