Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep /night ; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies ; 4 of fruit per day. Didn't ovulate: I am not as concerned with your irregular bleeding, which can happen if you do not ovulate and have what we call "anovulatory bleeding" but with the degree this hormone change has effected you emotionally. This is beyond normal pms symptoms and needs medical evaluation. Look up pmdd and make apt with gyn, pcp if they treat psychiatric conditions otherwise psychiatry. Overdose allergex: Dosage for allergex is 1mg every 4-6 hours for 2-6 year olds. Not to exceed 6mg/day. For under 2 no safety data. 50ml in 4 days...about 4-6 mg per day.
