Why Do I Get Goosebumps Only On One Half Of My Body
I get goosebumps on one side of my body and the other side is fine also feel the same in my head, I suffer from migraines & take 3 amitriptyline pills?
Weird: It sounds like you may be having some strange side effect from the amitriptyline. With nothing else to go on, that sounds at least feasible. Because it is a medication that affects nerves, see if you can taper or stop the med (with your Family Doc's permission). A drug holiday could give you one piece of information to go on. If it's not that, then keep looking for other weirdness. ...Read more

Why am I freezing cold with goosebumps after an intense cardio workout? It's an extreme chill that doesn't go away until I get a shower.
Blood flow: Blood flow changes during exercise. While exercising your skin gets more bloodflow as to allow your sweat glands to regulate your core body temperature. Once you stop exercising, your body cools and can have an exaggerated response to the change in temperature. Doing more regular exercise and gradually increasing intensity can minimize this symptom. If that does not work seek medical attention. ...Read more

This is very likely: A temporary nerve compression or dysfunction. The tingling nature of your symptom suggests nerve involvement.
