Alcohol Interaction: Tinidazole stays in your body for at least 72 hours so I would not consume any product that contains alcohol for at least 72 hours (84 hours to be on the safe side). The reaction between these two drugs is known as the Antabuse (disulfiram) effect. If you have experienced it, you know what I mean. If you have not experienced it, you really don't want to go there.
