Second opinion: If therapy and anti-depressants haven't worked for you in the past it doesn't mean they won't work in the future. There are lots if different kinds of therapy and lots of different meds. Keep looking for the combination that works for you. In the meantime get your support system in place. Unlikely but...: Raising your vit d levels can only help but i doubt it's the cause of your anxiety. Also try a good b complex with the l-5-mthf form of folate; also magnesium taurate or glycinate. Reduce sugar and junk food. Talk w/psychiatrist: You can talk with your psychiatrist about the results you're getting. Ask whether different medications, or maybe augmenting those you're already taking, would be useful. For instance, some research shows that augmenting antidepressants with l-methylfolate may help. Also, talk with your therapist if you feel the work you're doing there is not helping.
