Preterm birth: No you won't dilate faster with another pregnancy. If you delivered prematurely, you most likely will be counseled that use of a Progesterone injection given weekly will decrease your risk of another premature delivery. Bed rest doesn't prevent a premature delivery. ...Read more

Your milk supply depends a lot on your hydration status, so drinking plenty of fluid, and making sure you have an adequate vitamin supply will be very important. Not sure: Don't know to which rct you are referring, but bed rest in general has very few benefits and many risks (including clot development) in pregnancy except for a select few pregnancy related conditions. ...Read more
