If you had the will to cut calorie intake to 1500 cal/day for & maintained the activity level needed to burn off 2500 cal/day you could do this over a 120 day period. Involves circumferential incision around penis low enough to form inner foreskin, or even lower to provide both inner & outer foreskin, which is pulled up & leaves area of denuded penile shaft.
