See your doctor: Simply swelling alone is unlikely to be from an allergic reaction even though you suffer from many allergic diseases. If antihistamine does not relieve it, see an allergist.

Go see MD please: It may not be your muscle that is swelling, it may be the blood vessel and treatment would be different, and needed fast. Please go see your doctor to be evaluated, and treated. Good luck.

My dr says I have swollen sinuses. Can sinus pain hurt in my temples, jaw and back of the head. I have like a pressure feeling temples, cheeks& eyes?

Yes.: Once the swelling goes down, the pain should improve. Swelling in the nose often causes clogged sensation in the ears as well. Using medication to make the nose better, like an antihistamine, decongestant, or a few days of afrin (oxymetazoline) may make both better.

If: If you were not knocked out and suffered no loss of consciousness then I think you only suffered a contusion. Advil or tylenol, (acetaminophen) ice packs tonight, rest. You should do well. Best wishes.

How severe is it if my right temple is swollen from me bashing my head into a wall, should I go to the hospital?

How severe is it if my right temple is swollen from me bashing my head into a wall, should I go to the hospital?

Monitor: It sounds like you took quite a hit, to have that much swelling. Did you pass out after you hit your head? Are you dizzy or nauseous? Do you have any vision changes or confusion? Tired? You could have a concussion or a "brain bruise", which can be mild and not require hospitalization, but it would be safest to be evaluated by a doctor, especially if you answered yes to any of the above questions.

Need an exam: Without an examine and based on the scant history provided, please be seen to get evaluated for a temporal artery aneurysm, specially if there is history of trauma to that region. It can be serious, but very effective speedy treatment available. Hope it is something benign that well go away on its own like most things in medicine.
