Make a change: Sometimes a woman's birth control isn't the 'right' one and another birth control pill will give you less bleeding in your period. Another idea would be to consider the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud for your bleeding. I know you're young, but if it would help your periods/bleeding, might be worth a shot. Another idea for diminishing bleeding would be Ibuprofen or mefemanic acid during your cycle only. Talk to md. ...Read more
