I have really heavy periods and they are always irregular so i never know when they'll come im on the contrecptive pill but its not helping. Help plzz?
Make a change: Sometimes a woman's birth control isn't the 'right' one and another birth control pill will give you less bleeding in your period. Another idea would be to consider the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud for your bleeding. I know you're young, but if it would help your periods/bleeding, might be worth a shot.
