The muscles in my neck, shoulders and arms are really tense and tight. Been like this for awhile and nothing seems to help much. What can I do?

Muscle pain: For the muscle spasm you can alternate warm and cold compresses. 20 mins each one with the 20 in break in between. You can always try Motrin or Tylenol (acetaminophen).
