OA: You are describing typical symptoms of arthritis in the knee. If unilateral-prob, an old injury, If bilateral, most likely a systemic arthritis. Serious if you are young but usual if 50 years plus. Try Aleve (naproxen) on a regular basis for the later. See your doc for the former. ...Read more
