See color changes?: It can't be completely clear but if they feel cold this suggests a vascular issue. This fits into the category of cold intolerance. With color change this would suggest raynaud's. Would also check metabolic issues such as thyroid; vascular disease such as atherosclerosis; smoking status to name a few. ...Read more

To Avoid Flu: Wash your hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Wash with warm water & soap for 20 seconds. Use paper towel to turn off faucet & open door when exiting a public restroom. Antiseptic wipes can be used on doorknobs, keyboards & other surfaces. Stay away from people who are ill. To avoid flu – get your flu shot each year. ...Read more

The vertigo was: Last week, you had a cold, increased fatigue, then period. Do you sleep well at night or clinch your teeth at night? Get back pain, upper, a lot? The hunger part is easy, eat a little something. Your likely just getting over the cold unless you had some sleep wake problems and the vertigo and cold exacerbated them.
